Octalarm Link
Octalarm Link is an additional licence to report large quantities of alarms via network-controlled alarms. This licence is suitable for the Octalarm-Touch Pro and is included as standard in ARA-Pro Next..
With network-controlled alarms, you link the alarm dialler to, for example, feed and climate computers, SCADA systems or any other process computer where monitoring is important. This allows you to receive detailed alarms directly from your technical systems.

Network-controlled alarms for reporting large numbers of alarms

Network-controlled alarms are alarms sent out by (technical) systems within their own network. Examples are feed and climate computers in intensive animal husbandry, climate computers in horticulture, SCADA systems in the water world or any other process computer for critical technical processes. Alarms via Octalarm Link (JSON REST API) make it possible to report large quantities of alarms. The available details of the alarms from your system are transferred as voice message, app alarm, text message or pager. The large amounts of alarms can be grouped into alarm categories with the corresponding priority. Each category is then linked to a handling. In this way the Octalarm-Touch Pro can be easily and automatically configured from technical systems via the REST API. |
