Applicable support of our products
Since 1983, Adésys has been supplying telephone alarm systems and modems for monitoring critical processes and installations. We are rightly proud of the high reliability and long service life of our products. That is why we are happy to inform you about the expected service life of our equipment. After all, it is very important that our products continue to perform optimally.
As a guideline, the reliability of alarm devices older than 10 years may decline noticeably faster. Depending on the conditions of use, this may also be the case sooner. The overview below provides clear information about the support that applies to our products. If, after investigation, the repair costs exceed €129.00 and the alarm is 10 years old or older, we will contact you by telephone.

Irreparable damages
In some cases, we are unfortunately unable to repair your device. This applies in particular to damage caused by:
- fire;
- moisture;
- corrosion by acid, vapours, etc.;
- lightning strike.
Although this damage is not always visible to the naked eye, we cannot guarantee the safe operation of the alarm in such situations.
Reporting
Do you require a report for your insurance company? We can prepare a document for you in which we record our findings and conclusions.
