STEP 1 Go to portal.octalarm.com.
STEP 2 Log in with your username and password
STEP 3 Go to the Account tab > Company Information > Update your information and save your change
Your company information may change due to a move, company name change due to a merger or acquisition, etc. We understand that you want to change these details. Your subscription is linked to your own company account on portal.octalarm.com. You are authorized to make changes to this yourself.
