As a connecting force within Adésys, I ensure that our organisation as a whole keeps moving forward. From strategy and product development to certification and security, I always seek to strike a balance between vision, technology and practical applicability. Innovation only works if everyone understands why we do what we do and if customers can rely on it.
I get my energy from building and improving solutions that really work and add value. Coming up with, designing and developing smart ideas together with colleagues is the best part of my job. I have been doing this for years and since 2024 in the role of Managing Director.
In my private life, I also like to keep moving, be creative and stay active. Whether it's a technical project, building something at home or participating in my children's unusual hobbies. If I can create, learn and bring things to life, I'm in my element. At home, I am accompanied by Tommy, our adventurous cat. And yes, you can always wake me up for a kale stew or a good cheese fondue.
