Is it true that the ACC has been cancelled?

Yes, that is correct. The application is now outdated, making it increasingly difficult for us to keep this reporting centre operational. That is why the ACC has been deactivated as of 1 July 2021.

I do not see the menu item '01 Adesys Control Centre (ACC)' in my alarm clock. How can this be?

For Octalarm-IP alarm diallers with serial number 2032001 and higher (diallers purchased from August 2020 onwards), the menu option “01 Adésys Control Centre (ACC)” has been removed. This is because the ACC has been deactivated on 1 July 2021. As a result, no OIP dialler can use the ACC facilities anymore.

For remote configuration, you can use the free IP-prog programme and/or access the alarm via the IP address within the local company network (via a web browser).
